Official Rules — Blanton’s Bourbon Shop White Stopper Giveaway

THIS IS A GAME OF CHANCE, NOT OF SKILL.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Blanton’s Bourbon Shop, its affiliates, partners, and immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins November 26 at 12:00 PM EST and ends December 25 at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of this period are not valid.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter free of charge and without making a purchase. There are three ways to enter:

A. Automatic Entry With Purchase

Any qualifying purchase made during the Promotion Period at www.blantonsbourbonshop.com will receive one automatic entry. A purchase does not increase the odds of receiving a stopper.

B. Free Online Entry

Participants may enter without making a purchase by visiting the Giveaway page at www.blantonsbourbonshop.comand completing the free entry form.

C. Free Mail-In Entry

Participants may enter without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten entry containing their name, address, email, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Promotion Period. Limit one entry per envelope. Blanton’s Bourbon Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged mail.

4. Description of Giveaway

During the Promotion Period, Blanton’s Bourbon Shop will randomly include white Blanton’s collectors stoppers in select shipments and distribute additional stoppers to randomly selected entrants. These white stoppers originate from a limited collectors’ special edition bottle release. Stoppers are distributed at random and cannot be selected, requested, or exchanged.

5. Odds

Odds of receiving a stopper depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Making a purchase does not change or increase the odds of receiving a stopper.

6. Limitation

Limit one stopper per qualifying entry/household. Stoppers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for merchandise or any other compensation. Stoppers may not be resold by Blanton’s Bourbon Shop.

7. Notification and Delivery

Stopper recipients will receive their stopper by mail. If selected via online or mail-in entry, recipients may be contacted for shipping information. Failure to respond within 10 days may result in forfeiture.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Blanton’s Bourbon Shop reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion if fraud, printing errors, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its control affect the integrity of the promotion. All decisions made by Blanton’s Bourbon Shop are final.

9. Release

By entering, participants release Blanton’s Bourbon Shop and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance and use of a stopper.
