2024 Blanton’s Bourbon Shop Blanton’s VIP Tasting Giveaway Official Rules and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING

Eligibility: Blanton’s Bourbon Shop Blanton’s VIP Tasting Giveaway begins on February 14th, 2024 at 8 PM ET and ends on February 28th, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET. The VIP Tasting Giveaway is open to those residing in the United States and are 21 years of age and older.

To Enter: During the timeframe of eligibility, you may sign up one of several ways including:

1. If you place a purchase during the eligibility period. Each purchase will automatically enter you for a chance to win.

2. Sign up by providing your information on the Giveaway tab of Blantonsbourbonshop.com.

3. Handwrite your name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper, and mail it to Rickhouse Marketing 540 E Second St Lexington, KY 40508. Mail-entries must be postmarked on or before February 28th.

Any questions shall be determined by Blanton’s Bourbon Shop in its sole discretion, and we reserve the right to disqualify any entries submitted with false or misleading information. Any attempt to tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway is subject to disqualification.

Prize Winner Selection and Notification: After the eligibility period closes, Blanton’s Bourbon Shop will select one winner out of the eligible candidates at random. Blanton’s Bourbon Shop will notify the winner using either email or phone. The potential winner must respond within 24 hours to remain eligible at the winner of the Giveaway. The winner must either accept or decline the Giveaway in a timely manner, or could be subject to disqualification at Blanton’s Bourbon Shop’s discretion. If the potential winner declines the Giveaway, Blanton’s Bourbon Shop will then select a new winner at random, and this process will repeat until a ultimate winner is selected.

Prize(s): The Giveaway has a Grand Prize of one complete tour of the Buffalo Trace Distillery, followed by a private tasting of Blanton’s. The winner will be allowed to bring three companions, who will be given the same privileges as the winner. The Giveaway date will be decided in conjunction with the Contest Winner along with affiliates from Blanton's Bourbon and Blanton’s Bourbon Shop. Subject to agreement of the date of Tasting, the Winner will be accommodated with a top-tier meal in the Central Kentucky area, and will be hosted by members of the Blanton’s Bourbon and Blanton’s Bourbon Shop teams.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, likeness, prize information, city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.

Release and Limitation of Liability: Except where prohitibed, by participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Blanton’s Bourbon Shop, Blanton’s Bourbon Shop affiliates and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directions and employees of them (“the Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: a. unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; b. technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers, or telephone or network lines; c. printing errors; d. errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; e. late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or f. injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if it is possible.

Other Terms: Decisions of Blanton’s Bourbon Shop on all matters related to the Giveaway are final. If the Giveaway, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Blanton’s Bourbon Shop, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. In the even that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Blanton’s Bourbon Shop reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awareded, eligible prize claims. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Giveaway, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Giveaway as determined by Blanton's Bourbon Shop, in its sole discretion. Blanton’s Bourbon Shop reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these official rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the operation of this sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Blanton's Bourbon Shop reserves the refits to disqualify and or seek damages from any individual making any such attempts to the full extent permitted by law.

Governing Law & Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes arising under this Giveaway and/or these Official Rules will be governed by relevant United States federal statutes and regulations and the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
