2026 Blanton’s Bourbon Shop “Blanton’s VIP Tasting Experience Giveaway”
Official Rules and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility:
The Blanton’s Bourbon Shop Blanton’s VIP Tasting Experience Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on February 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET and ends on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

How to Enter:
During the eligibility period, participants may enter in any of the following ways:

• Automatic Entry with Purchase: Every purchase made on BlantonsBourbonShop.comduring the Giveaway period automatically counts as one entry.

• Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Complete the official Giveaway form available under the “Giveaway” tab at BlantonsBourbonShop.com.

• Mail‑In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it to:
  Rickhouse Marketing, 540 E Second St, Lexington, KY 40508.
  Mail entries must be postmarked on or before March 1, 2026 to be eligible.

Entries submitted with false or misleading information, or in any way tampered with, will be disqualified. All eligibility determinations will be made at the sole discretion of Blanton’s Bourbon Shop.

Prize Selection and Notification:
After the eligibility period closes, Blanton’s Bourbon Shop will select one (1) winner at random from all eligible entries. The winner announcement will be made on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and acceptance. If the winner does not respond or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected through the same random process.

Prize Package:
The Grand Prize includes an exclusive private tour and VIP tasting experience at Buffalo Trace Distillery, guided by a member of the Blanton’s team.

• The winner may bring one (1) guest, who must also be 21 years of age or older.

• The final date of the experience will be coordinated between the winner, Blanton’s Bourbon, and Blanton’s Bourbon Shop to ensure scheduling convenience.

• The event will be hosted by representatives from Blanton’s Bourbon and Blanton’s Bourbon Shop for a personalized and memorable visit.

Publicity:
Except where prohibited, entry into the Giveaway constitutes consent for Blanton’s Bourbon Shop and its affiliated partners to use the entrant’s name, likeness, city, and state of residence, and prize information in promotional materials, without further compensation.

Release and Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Blanton’s Bourbon Shop, Rickhouse Marketing, Buffalo Trace Distillery, and all respective owners, affiliates, partners, and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize—including technical errors, human mistakes, or any injury or loss. The Released Parties’ total liability shall not exceed the cost of participating in the Giveaway. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, consequential, or indirect damages.

General Conditions:
All decisions by Blanton’s Bourbon Shop are final. If the Giveaway is disrupted by fraud, misconduct, or technical failure, Blanton’s Bourbon Shop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the operation of the Giveaway violates criminal and civil laws, and Blanton’s Bourbon Shop reserves the right to seek full legal remedy.

Governing Law & Arbitration:
All disputes arising under or relating to the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law.
